I do not stretch before. The latest research shows stretching while your muscles are cold is not recommended and there is a greater risk of injury. I’ll do a fast walk for 5 minutes before I start my run. Also a fast 5 minute walk afetr I run. I do a full 10 minute stretch after each workout.
Ashreinu – I listened to part 1 & 2 of his 3 part series on tefillah. That’s something I definitely need improvement in. And BTW, NYC is a big place… I’d know. 😉
