Eating well is a big factor in running well.
I’ve researching running nutrition and it can get so complicated! I mean, you’d need to invest so much effort into the calculations and percentages!
I just try to eat healthy staples and basics like whole grains, protein, fruit & veggies, water and vitamins (ok, maybe a few midnight snacks snuck in somewhere;)
Also, what helped me alot was actually writing down what I ate daily for a few weeks. It really helped me focus on eating sound, healthy meals and of course it’s a great feeling to look back and see how healthy and organized one can be:)
Please share what your experience has been food-wise, and specifically running-wise….
