Crunchy is generally the “natural” parenting group. They may do some or all of the following:
1) Avoid epidurals or pain meds during birth
2) Nurse exclusively
3) Cloth diaper
4) Serve whole grains, cut out chemicals etc
5) Avoid/limit/delay vaccinations
6) Homeschool
7) Babywear 🙂
8) Co-sleep
9) Follow attachment parenting
Obviously this is a stereotypical list and not all applies to everyone. I have done a bit of everything except homeschool.
