I completely agree with mdd. We not only have a mitzvah of tochocho, we have a chiyuv of tochocho. We are obligated halachicly to rebuke a sinning prutza. And while calling them a zona is usually overstating it, prutza is 100% clearly the correct and appropriate term for these sinners.
