There is only one way to correct this problem and we need to get serious and stop being so politically correct. Every neighborhood must have a Vaad Hatznius which will appoint women to monitor the dress habits of its Jewish girls and Aishes Chayils. For persistent violators, warnings should be extended in a quiet way so that no one need be embarrassed as a result. If these warnings are ignored, then a quasi public “chairim” is in order. Just watch those hem lines come down!
