About 30 years ago, when my father and I were looking into a mesivta, we were told about one in particular, “the guys in this yeshiva are so “greasy” (is that term used anymore?) they dont take off their hat and jacket, even in the bathroom. I thought it was weird then, and I still think it is weird that one would mow his lawn wearing his hat and jacket. I’m not sure what the guys in this mesivta do in 2010.
