I think basically what you may be saying is that we need to overhaul our yeshivah system. I agree but that’s a whole other schmooze and will likely never happen. You will be sickened if you knew what some Rosh Yeshivas advise their talmidim regarding work kollel and all that. They literally and unabashedly breed entitled selfish boys.
