I am not saying that you should go to the Har HaBais, but the contention that once Rav Eliyashev paskened, even though a different talmud chocham disagrees, automatically places a chiyuv kores on anybody going there is shtusim. Plus, you have to know if Rav Eliyashev even holds that — possibly, he holds that people should not go up because they may enter areas where there indeed may be a chiyuv or a sfek chiyuv kores.
