If it makes you feel better I have seen married women on my block shoveling snow. No single girls but then again it doesn’t mean they don’t shovel snow.
Its nice that you shovel for your father but unless you are really strong you should avoid it. The last time my mother shoveled snow (last year) she was in a lot of pain afterwards because it uses a lot of muscles that many of us rarely use.
