Like the vast majority of us, we just stand on the side and watch people like Sac do their thing, and shake our heads and wonder “why would any sane person try something like that”
And as far as muscel pain WIY, there I sympathize with you and your mother. I’m no stranger to the outdoors, but nothing compares to the bending and twisting like snow shoveling. But that’s us 40+ year olds talking. You youngsters should be doing this with the grace of a ballet dancer!
