Health,
The reason I dont give up is because you are distorting Halacha! Im not kidding you, nobody heard of this Heter that you are claiming. Your Rabbi cant make up Heteirim and neither can you just because you dont want to keep Halacha.
I asked your question to gateways ask the Rabbi and this is what came back:

Hi Rabbi , I was discussing the Halacha of not walking 4 Amos in front of one davening Shemona Esrei with someone and the person said a Rov (I don’t know who the Rov is or how competent he is) told him that nowadays its not a problem because people don’t really have Kavana by davening. So he claims that because we don’t have Kavana therefore the Shechina doesn’t come so its no problem. Now I never saw such a Heter in any Halacha sefer so I want your opinion. Is this a valid Heter or a mistake on the part of the Rov who gave the Heter? Thanks
Dear :
I have no idea. I have never heard that idea before. The Halacha seems to be quite clear and I am not familiar with a source in Halacha that says that a lack of Kavanah means that the Halacha is not applicable.
Best regards,
Rabbi
