40+ years ago my wife worked for a Yekkeh a real Mesiras Nefesh Yid for his Mesoreh. As part of his Mesiras Nefesh he didn’t wear a Yarmulkeh @ work on 47th St. when all his associates, employees,etc. did.
His onesh/schar? At least one of his children wears a Bekishe. His grandchildren.. ??? I lost contact ages ago
