pba – How are you defining “stoned” versus “drunk?” There’s an expression “stone drunk” which means VERY drunk. “Stoned” used to be used only in regard to illegal drugs: “stoned on [marijuana].”
How does a person who is “stoned” act in comparison to someone who is “drunk?”
