He could be good, both in & out of school.
Depends on the chinuch at home which seems to be lacking.
Kids change their behavior based on their environment.
If at school he fears the discipline system he will behave,
If at home their the discipline system is lacking or nonexistent,
that is the problem.
The problem could also be in the reward system or lack of positive attention, or acknowledgment, from his parents, or family.
You need both, a sound disciplinary, and reward system,
plus Siyata Dishmaya, to raise healthy stable children.
