Hot (and I mean as hot as you can take without burning yourself) shower, physical exertion to “good tired” tire you out and to relieve any stress (physical/emotional known/unknown), check mattress/pillow/bedding if it is comfortable, making sure that the linen on the bed is always fresh (never more than say at most a couple weeks old) can also help (I have personally have experience with this). This is the best I could come up with off the top of my head (as I head off to travel to the land of nod myself)
