You walk the girl to the door, tell her pleasantly that you had a nice time, and wish her a good night. Hopefully, SHE has the class and good manners to say thank you for an enjoyable evening (more important, hopefully it WAS an enjoyable evening). In any case, one can never be too menschlech. And that goes both ways.
