Start with “doodle jump”s recipe above, then…
for the last half hour of cooking, (OR when you are heating to serve it, if you’re not serving immediately after cooking) Put brocolli florets over the top of the meat, and then a can of pineapple slices (or chunks)along WITH the juice in the can.
Cook another 30 minutes in oven.
Yum! – I’m getting hungry and it’s only 9:20 in the morning!
