I make this with roast. I cook it first until it’s almost done, then take it to my putcher to slice.
sautee and onion.
1/2 C Ketchup
3/4 C brown sugar
3/4 cup water
1 fresh garlic
Cook until it bubbles. Add meat slices and let them cook together for 1 – 1 1/2 hours. The taste is excellent!
