Ebay charges it’s sellers a percentage of what you earn but shipping is not included so if someone is selling for say, an iPod for $150 and free shipping and someone else is selling the exact same iPod for $50 with $100 shipping (an extreme case) they are the same thing but the guy with the more expensive shipping makes more money but you get the same item for the same price. I very often get things for cheap but if they are very cheap most likely it is not what you think it is for example when I was looking for an iPod I found one for 99 cents and clicked on it and found out it was a case for an iPod even though it looked like an iPod from the picture.
