Men and women are so different that discrimination shouldn’t even be an issue. Men have certain roles to perform in the world and women have their role to perform. Men have extra mitzvos that women don’t and women have mitzvos that men don’t have.
It’s not inequality if it’s impossible for the two sides to be equal.
