As the posters above stated, it could be low blood sugar; reduce the white stuff from your diet (sugar, white flour, white rice, potato, etc.) & replace it with healthier alternatives (whole wheat, brown rice, sweet potato, etc.).

And as noted above, if it persists c”v, call your doctor.
