It’s so strange.
I feel really funny, like shaky and just not quite right. My heart feels funny too. I’m not anxious or nervous about anything (and I always know when I’m having an anxiety attack) so it’s not an anxiety attack but what else could it be?
My hands and legs feel jelly like and like I said before, my heart or maybe it’s my chest (don’t know which one- can’t tell) feel funny.
Any ideas?

April 7, 2011 3:29 am at 3:29 am #756561am yisrael chaiParticipantAs the posters above stated, it could be low blood sugar; reduce the white stuff from your diet (sugar, white flour, white rice, potato, etc.) & replace it with healthier alternatives (whole wheat, brown rice, sweet potato, etc.).
And as noted above, if it persists c”v, call your doctor.

April 7, 2011 4:31 am at 4:31 am #756562HealthParticipanthappiest -It could be low blood sugar or dehydration amongst other things. Drink a few cups of OJ and lie down for about 20 minutes. If still not feeling well or feel worse, go to the nearest ER, either someone can drive you or you can go by ambulance. Arrythmias, amongst other problems will have to be ruled out.
