google “the world as a village of 100 people” and see just how fortunate we really are, in terms of material wealth and physical well being and comfort.
Shocking to see how several billion people live, and how many things we take for granted (p.s. – simply being able to read this and read it on a computer, puts us ahead of some 2 billion people in this world).
Oh, and running tap water thats safe to drink? That’s another luxury many people (close to 1/3) cannot count on.
Yeah, I’d say we’re lacking of things to complain about!
