SJS, of course he needs his diploma!!!! Try to get a decent job without it. Try to go to college without it, or into any training program without it. Don’t be foolish, and please don’t say if he is learning he won’t need it. YOU can’t say what he will want to do in the future, or what he will HAVE to do in the future.
