reb moshe himself was very makpid on chalav yisrael.
also speak to people working in kashrus agenies, & they may tell u that the “metzius” [facts] nowadays about [rav moshe’s s’vorah on] the govt. inspections, is not the way it was described then in rav moshe’s tshuva.
