Ask the director what the rules are for the lifeguards in regards to cell phones? Then don’t say which one it is just say that one of the lifeguards is constantly on the phone and it can result in a serious situation because it probably is distracting her from the job. Let them come into the pool discretely and watch for themselves or speak to all of them.
