There are Sfardic yeshivos that are on a high level equal to Brisk or Mir (there are many others, I am just typing offhand.) Two that come to mind are Ahavat Shalom and Ben Porat Yosef. Both are located in Jerusalem, with Ben Porat Yosef having campuses in the Old City of Jerusalem and the Geula neighborhood. Ben Porat Yosef is headed by Rav Moshe Tzadkah, while in Ahavat Shalom the Rosh Yeshiva is Rav Yaakov Hillel.
