Tomim, that is a great list of questions. Thank you for posting it. The only question I would answer yes to is the third question. So that’s where my problem is. Your advice about trying to say no seems good, but it would be hard for me to do this. But I’m not going to get anywhere in life if I keep saying yes to people. I have to start saying no when I feel that it is going to ruin my schedule or if I’m not in the mood.
