Kenmore products are made by many different manufacturers. Even different models of the same fridge may come from different companies. I have had a few Kenmore appliances and have always asked the salesperson which company manufactured it and have always been told. I have never had any complaints about my Kenmore products. I currently have a stacking washer/dryer from them and it is wonderful.
