I see your take on the matter, and you may be right, but I was looking for an objective response regarding my oft repeated question about Rabbi Kamenetzky’s statement about everyone has a chiyuv (obligation) to be mekarev someone, and if it can be based on halacha, or, why you believe it is not based on halacha.
Perhaps someone else can directly answer the question.
