There were two maasim. The first was a dispute with Mod 42. That caused AYC to take a voluntary leave of absence. You can’t even trace that story now, because the apologies that eventually brought him back required changing and deleting some of the offending posts. That is what triggered the original “AYC: Ayeco” thread.
About 2 weeks after he returned there was a second misunderstanding, where the Mods saw something in one of AYC’s posts that caused them to be concerned for improper behavior on his part. They locked him out for a couple of weeks until they confirmed that he was really OK. Since the Mods have reponed his account, he has not returned.
So yes, there were 2 maasim.
