If you DON’T consider it loshon hara, why accommodate those who do? 2nd of all, it doesn’t make a difference what YOU consider loshon hara–it makes a difference what halacha considers l”h. (If you meant to say that it is not halachically l”h, say so,don’t be so self centered.)
