It depends. If my boss paid me really well, but didn’t appreciate me, I could live with that. So I don’t get praised, or thanked, it’s not a big deal. But if he paid me well and treated me like dirt, I would not work there. I don’t think any job is worth the money if your boss treats you like dirt. It affects you very deeply and it would ruin your day, make you crabby to your family. But like others said, you gotta pay the bills, so it really is a tough decision. I hope no one has to go through such a thing.
