Can I ask you a question, if you believe in the Torah & Halacha, are you allowed to go to a Court in the State of Israel? No you’re not, if you didn’t know this, – you must go to Bais Din!
As a matter of fact if s/o (a Jew) testifies in such a court even if true, acc. to Halacha it’s called Loshon Hora! And the Din of L.H. is that you aren’t allowed to believe it!
