My cousin told me they are opening a yeshiva in mineapolis this next year ( is that how you spell it)? I believe it is supposed to be a out and in town yeshiva and they are really trying to get kids, but they dont have so many! It sounds like they would really be welcome to accepting anybody, who would apply1 I hope this helped!!! good luck
