2qwerty, thanks but Im not tech savvy enough to know how to set my router (I think my router is verizon westell). Theres no numeric choices on it.

Who do I deal with if I cant pay a bill at 2 am if Im not dealing with a company w good cust service- this sounds like a tech savvy-friendly self service sitch to me.
