You can say Krias Shma Al Hamittah no matter what time you go to sleep. The Bracha, however, has to be before Alos (maybe you have until Neitz? I’m not sure of that).
Simcha: Why do you keep saying that Shma must be said before Chatzos, if I recall correctly, it’s not so clear that we Pasken that way.
