An old yoga trick I learned somewhere along the road. lol

Slowly breath in through your nostrils only, to the count of six.

Hold the breath to the count of six.

Let it out slowly through your mouth only, to the count of 7.

Repeat about four times, and you will much more relaxed, Iy”H

The accompanying thought is if your body is relaxed, your mind will be relaxed.
