Kozov: Interesting. You mean the Gemara that says that a person would normally wear a Mapores and a Kovah? I’ve never seen one Sefer or Posek bring that down, and certainly not in regards to a Chiyuv by T’filah (it’s clear in the Gemara that that was just the standard style of dress at the time), but at least it’s sort of something.
