Why is wine and meat Assur? By Avelos for a parent/sibling/child M&W are allowed. From what I heard, after the Churban the Chachamim wanted to Assur M&W. But they didn’t because it would be a din that people wouldn’t be able to keep. So, not eating M&W during the nine days is special for the Churban. So according to this music would be allowed Sunday night the same way showering, haircut/shaving, laundry and Tasmish.
And that is what it means (from my above post) ???? ???? ???? ?? ????? ????? ???? ?????? ?? ???, we don’t eat M&W beacuse of the Avelos of the day. M&W is a special Avelos for the nine days/Tisha B’Av.
