Maybe not in the literal sense, but as someone who was in Bklyn in the 70s, I can tell you that Yiddishkeit took a quantum leap in the 70s-80s, and while it may not have been as landscape-altering as maaseh berashis, it was surely something to behold

In today’s arena? Not counting a few notable exceptions (like the Skuleneh Rebbe, Shlita, for example) this statement is more true than you can imagine.
