Sam2: Once again, it’s nice to know that you think that you can apply anything in a life-or-death Shaila. I’ll happily say that Shomer Negiyah is Yeihareg V’al Ya’avor and there are many obvious cases where I’d Pasken that way if I was literally the only person available to Pasken such a thing. I’d never have the guts to think I can Pasken a particular life-and-death case though.
