“Chemical Ali”
Fill a large glass with ice and add the following:
100 mls absinthe (Pernod absinthe 68% is kosher and so are a couple of others)
50 mls rum
50 mls triple sec
50 mls Drambuie (or Benedictine if you hold by it)
Sprite to fill glass
