Some Members of the administration keep very ood hours and dont have a set schedule they may be in from 2pm-10 pm one day and then not come in for 3 days thats what they have voicemail for if its important im sure they will call u back i cant keep tabs on everbody, if i know someone will be back in 5 minutes i tell them so but most times i dont know that
