It ought to be pronounced Toronto. It normally gets pronunced Toraunto. I prefer Toronto.

As a side point, it is spelled in Otiot (invitations) as Tet,Aleph,Resh,Aleph,Nun,Tet,Aleph.

I prefer vav substituted for aleph as above.
