Never to early to buy a never its actually a Segula for a long life.
Not to mention, a wonderful Seguloh to end up paying less money for the same plot, as prices only move in 1 direction:- The same direction that our Neshomo will eventually go, but just so much sooner.
And yes we never know when our time expires so buy it while you can if you want to be buried In A specific place
If anyone had been expecting to procure a plot at Har Menuchos, they have probably already missed their chance. Har Menuchos is sold out. They may be working on building caves over there as per the Mishna in Bobo Basro, but I don’t think most of us wish to end up in a cave, not even if Halachically sanctioned.
