I’m not into plastics and I didn’t see your hand, but even without lasers you can correct some scars with Z-plasty.

In a way you’re right, but mainly I think they are out to take advantage of americans. But they sound like the types that would take advantage of anyone that they can, including Charedim, Americans, Chilonim or anybody. (Of course besides Arabs.)
