If the father would be neutralized, not to able to make any trouble for an extended period of time, then the children should be taken in to a Yeshiva. They should be assigned educators/mentors to make sure they act, speak and behave normally. This should only be undertaken once the school can be assured that the parents will not make trouble for the school or the education of the other children.
