IMO, HEBREW should be the universal Jewish language, as it was meant to be, LONG before Yiddish ever came into existence. And please let’s not get into a Yiddish vs. Hebrew thread again. No point to it – everyone has a strong feeling on the subject, and we have re-hashed this to death.
