Rav Elyashiv, Rav Moshe Shternbuch, Rav Nisim Karelitz and Rav Yisroel Belsky and many others hold that cigarettes are Asur on Pesach. In the Litvishe Velt (at least in E.Y.) almost no one smokes Pesach.
